5/22/2025 Daily Devotion: With Jesus ... Be. Do. Share.

Acts 4:13 - “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. And they recognized that they had been with Jesus.”

People see you. People notice you. People watch you. When they do … do they recognize that you have been with Jesus?

• Do they know your story? … Do you have a story of experiencing Jesus?

• Do they see your boldness? … Are you being bold for Jesus?

Three CHALLENGES from me to you from this passage:

1. How often are you actually WITH JESUS?

2. Sunday morning is not enough. (Still do it!)

3. A short spiritually themed motivational blurb while you brush your teeth is not enough. (Still do it!)

4. Thirty minutes of Bible reading most days is not enough. (Still do it!)

5. Jesus calls you & me to WALK WITH HIM all day, every day. Jesus calls you & me to talk with Him CONTINUOUSLY, all day long. Jesus calls you & me to take every thought, every decision, every feeling, every reaction … ALL OF OUR WAYS to Him.

6. I challenge you to actively BE WITH JESUS.

1. How are you being BOLD for Jesus?

2. What are you doing with your life? … How many things do you do in a given day? … How many of those things that you do required FAITH & DEPENDENCE on Jesus to do?

3. If you cataloged all of your ways … how many were executed by leaning on your own understanding and how many were executed by LEANING IN JESUS?

4. BOLDNESS requires FAITH IN HIM … and this is what He is calling you to ev-er-y day.

5. OBEY Him. FOLLOW Him. TRUST Him. … I challenge you to be BOLD IN JESUS.

1. Are you engaging OTHER PEOPLE with your story?

2. Once you start spending time with Jesus and boldly stepping out in Faith … you are going to have quite the story! SHARE IT WITH OTHERS!

3. Jesus works IN your life so that He can work THROUGH your life to draw others TO HIM and bring Glory to God.

4. Jesus has forgiven & redeemed mistakes that you have made … SHARE THEM!

5. Jesus has strengthened & emboldened you to step out in Faith … SHARE IT!

6. Jesus has comforted your soul with His Peace, revitalized your spirit with Joy & fulfilled your heart with Hope … SHARE, SHARE, SHARE!

7. I challenge you to SHARE YOUR STORY of Jesus with others.

Be with Jesus. Step out with Him in boldness. Share your story. … DO IT TODAY!

BE. DO. SHARE.

Be WITH Jesus.

Do IN Jesus.
